Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
1. Acceptance
By using Kor Da (www.kordaa.com), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, do not use the platform.
2. The Platform
Kor Da connects property owners (Hosts) with guests seeking short-term accommodation. We provide the platform, CNIC verification, secure payment processing, and dispute resolution.
3. Host Requirements
- Must be the legal owner or authorised agent of the listed property
- Must provide accurate CNIC for verification via NADRA Verisys
- All listing information must be accurate
- Kor Da charges a commission on completed bookings only
4. Payment
All payments are made in PKR via EasyPaisa (03495620844), JazzCash, bank transfer, or card. Direct off-platform payments void all protections.
5. Platform Communication
All communication must remain on Kor Da until booking is confirmed. Sharing personal contact before confirmation is prohibited and voids payment protection.
6. Guest & Host Dispute and Resolution Policy
Kor Da provides a structured, fair and transparent process for resolving disputes between guests, hosts and Kor Da that relate to bookings made through the platform. This policy explains what can be reported, how to report it, how disputes are reviewed, and the outcomes that may apply. It is evidence-based, and decisions are made on the information reasonably available to Kor Da. This policy forms part of these Terms and should be read together with the Refund Policy.

6.1 Purpose
Kor Da connects guests with hosts for short-term accommodation. Occasionally something may go wrong with a booking — for example, a problem with the property, the service, access, payments, a cancellation, or the conduct of a party. This policy explains how such problems can be reported and how Kor Da will review and resolve them.
The purpose of this policy is to provide a fair, transparent and evidence-based process that treats guests and hosts consistently, protects the integrity of bookings made through the platform, and supports reasonable and practical resolutions.
6.2 Issues That Can Be Reported
You may report a dispute under this policy where a material problem arises in connection with a booking made through Kor Da, including:
- Property substantially different from the listing
- Incorrect or misleading listing information
- Property unavailable upon arrival
- Host no-show
- Guest unable to access the booked accommodation
- Serious cleanliness or hygiene problems
- Serious safety or security concerns
- Major advertised facilities being unavailable
- Host cancellation
- Guest cancellation where a refund is disputed
- Payment issues
- Refund disputes
- Booking/payment discrepancies
- Fraud or suspected fraudulent activity
- Misrepresentation by a host or guest
- Serious inappropriate conduct
- Unauthorized occupancy or booking misuse
- Problems involving check-in/check-out
- Other material issues directly related to a Kor Da booking
6.3 Issues Not Covered
Kor Da's dispute and refund process focuses on problems with the booking and the stay itself. It does not provide compensation or reimbursement for:
- Broken furniture
- Damaged appliances
- Damaged walls, doors, fixtures, or other property
- Lost or damaged household items
- Normal wear and tear
- Property maintenance costs
- Host property damage claims
- Personal belongings damaged or lost inside the accommodation
Kor Da does not operate a separate damage-claim program, and such matters are outside the scope of this policy. Where appropriate, the affected parties may pursue other lawful remedies independently, subject to applicable Pakistani law. Nothing in this policy prevents a guest and a host from reaching their own private agreement between themselves.
6.4 Reporting Time
Guests should report a material issue within 24 hours of check-in whenever reasonably possible. Reporting early helps Kor Da gather accurate evidence and helps hosts respond quickly and put things right.
For issues that could not reasonably have been discovered at check-in, the issue may be reported as soon as reasonably possible after it is discovered.
For emergencies or immediate safety concerns, please contact the appropriate emergency services first and then notify Kor Da.
6.5 How to Submit a Dispute
A dispute should be submitted through Kor Da's official communication and support channels — by WhatsApp at 0315-5881733 or by email at kordapakistan@gmail.com.
A complete report may include:
- Booking/reference information
- A description of the problem
- The date and time the problem occurred
- Relevant photographs or videos where appropriate
- Screenshots or copies of relevant messages
- Payment information or transaction evidence where relevant
- Any communication with the host/guest relevant to the dispute
Please do not include unnecessary sensitive information. Kor Da will only request information that is reasonably needed to review a dispute.
6.6 Evidence and Documentation
Kor Da may consider a range of information when reviewing a dispute, including:
- Booking records
- Listing information
- Check-in/check-out information
- Messages between the parties
- Photographs or videos
- Payment records
- Receipts
- Location/check-in evidence where available
- Statements from the guest and the host
- Any other information reasonably relevant to the dispute
Both parties should provide accurate and genuine evidence. Submitting false, manipulated, or misleading evidence may result in account restrictions or termination.
6.7 Host and Guest Response
When a dispute is opened, Kor Da will give the relevant party a reasonable opportunity to provide their explanation and supporting evidence before a decision is made. Kor Da does not automatically assume that either the guest or the host is correct; each dispute is considered on its own facts and evidence.
6.8 Investigation Process
Kor Da may review the available evidence and may communicate with both parties where necessary. Kor Da may request additional information from either party before reaching a decision. Reviews are conducted reasonably and based on the information available to Kor Da at the time, and Kor Da aims to resolve disputes promptly without compromising fairness.
6.9 Payment During a Dispute
Where applicable, disputed booking funds may remain protected or held while the dispute is being reviewed, consistent with the payment arrangements described in these Terms. A payment hold is not automatic for every dispute.
Whether funds are held, released, or refunded depends on the specific booking, the payment method used, the circumstances of the dispute, and the applicable terms. Kor Da will handle payments during a dispute fairly and consistently with the information available to it.
6.10 Possible Outcomes
Depending on the circumstances and the evidence, Kor Da may:
- Provide a full or partial refund where justified
- Release payment according to the applicable booking terms
- Offer a rebooking or alternative accommodation where reasonably available
- Ask the host to resolve a service issue
- Ask the guest to cooperate with the host
- Take action against a misleading listing
- Restrict or suspend an account
- Cancel a booking in appropriate circumstances
- Take other reasonable platform-level action
These outcomes relate to bookings, service, payments, and use of the platform. They do not include compensation for physical damage to property or furniture.
6.11 Refund Decisions
Refunds are not automatic. Each request is considered on its own circumstances. A refund decision may depend on:
- The severity of the issue
- The evidence provided
- Whether the issue materially affected the stay
- Whether the host had a reasonable opportunity to fix the issue
- The timing of the report
- The applicable cancellation/refund terms
- Circumstances outside the parties' control
Kor Da does not guarantee a specific refund percentage in every situation. Any refund will be calculated reasonably and consistently with these Terms and the Refund Policy.
6.12 Host Cancellation or No-Show
If a host cancels before check-in, cannot provide the booked accommodation, or fails to provide reasonable check-in access:
- The guest should contact Kor Da as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of the scheduled check-in.
- Kor Da may seek alternative accommodation where reasonably available.
- The guest may be eligible for a refund or an alternative arrangement depending on the circumstances and availability.
If a host cancels a confirmed booking, the guest receives a full refund and a PKR 1,000 credit toward a future booking, as described in the Refund Policy. Hosts experiencing a genuine emergency should notify Kor Da immediately so it can support the guest and manage the impact.
6.13 Guest Cancellation
Guest cancellations are handled according to the cancellation terms shown for the relevant booking and in the Refund Policy. If there is a disagreement about a cancellation or a refund, Kor Da may review the circumstances and the booking records before deciding.
6.14 Off-Platform Transactions
Users should not bypass Kor Da's booking and payment process for any booking arranged through Kor Da. Payments made directly to a host outside the platform are not protected and void the relevant protections under these Terms.
If a guest or host moves a transaction completely outside Kor Da, Kor Da may have limited ability to investigate the matter or provide platform-based assistance. Off-platform arrangements are the responsibility of the parties involved.
6.15 Fraud, Abuse, and Misrepresentation
Kor Da may take appropriate action where it identifies:
- Fraud
- Fake bookings
- Fake listings
- False information
- Manipulated evidence
- Payment abuse
- Repeated bad-faith disputes
- Attempts to exploit the refund system
- Harassment or threatening behavior
- Attempts to circumvent Kor Da's policies
Possible actions include warnings, cancellation of a booking or listing, suspension, or permanent termination of an account.
6.16 Safety and Emergencies
Kor Da's dispute process is not a replacement for emergency services. For immediate danger, crime, a medical emergency, fire, or any other urgent situation, contact the appropriate emergency authority first.
After ensuring your immediate safety, notify Kor Da where relevant so it can assist and, where appropriate, begin a review.
6.17 Appeals / Review
If a party believes that important evidence was overlooked during a review, they may request a further review through Kor Da's official support channels. The request should include the reason for the review and any new, relevant information.
Kor Da will consider each request reasonably. Repeated requests that contain no new information may be declined.
6.18 Platform-Level Decisions
Kor Da may make decisions necessary to operate its marketplace, including booking cancellations, refund decisions, account restrictions, and other platform actions. Kor Da will make platform-level decisions based on the information reasonably available to it.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
6.19 No Damage-Claim Program
Kor Da does not operate a furniture, property-damage reimbursement, security-deposit, or host damage-protection program. Disputes concerning physical damage to accommodation or household/property items are outside the scope of Kor Da's standard guest refund and dispute process.
6.20 Governing Law
This policy is intended to operate under the applicable laws of Pakistan, together with these Terms. Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes resolved in the courts of Islamabad Capital Territory.
